Denver metalcore act True The Gray is very active in 2020 with the recent release of the punishing EP “The Phalanx” last month. Yesterday the band announced on Twitter (@truethegray) that Carlos will take over bass duties on upcoming TTG releases. Details on those releases coming soon. True The Gray official band bio:
True The Gray was formed from the remnants of Denver metalcore act Me Against Sunrise in early 2016. The group consists of Scotty (vocals & guitar), Pete (guitar & vocals), Carlos (bass) & Josh (drums).
After their debut EP in June of 2019, “Bledstone”, it was time to hunker down and work on the next batch of songs. This new wave included the single “Made of Fire” and the brand new EP, “The Phalanx” and showcased the next evolution of songwriting for the group. As always, there is more in the queue, and 2020 is going to be a very busy year for these advancing artists.
