Two of the greatest metal albums of all-time are seeing their own remastered expanded editions this fall. Sepultura’s pioneering albums Chaos A.D. and Roots will be rereleased by Rhino on October 6 and November 3, 2017 respectively.

The Chaos A.D. Expanded Edition includes the band’s devastatingly heavy Black Sabbath cover of “Symptom of the Universe” from the Nativity in Black tribute, and also nine live album tracks.

The Roots Expanded Edition will offer a demo version of “Roots Bloody Roots” and the live 1996 performance of “Attitude” from the Ozzfest Live album. The track we are most looking forward to is the unreleased first take of “Kaiowas.”
