Van Halen is a hard rock band from California that has been active since the late 1970s. Eddie Van Halen is arguably the most influential rock guitarist of all time. In the early 1980s, Van Halen was fronted by Diamond David Lee Roth, a great show man but weak vocalist. When Roth left the group, the band gained a much more talented singer in the established Sammy Hagar (according to his autobiography, Hagar actually took a pay cut to join Van Halen). In the end, I’ll take Van Hagar over Diamond Dave any day. Here are the Top 10 Van Halen Songs to feature Sammy Hagar:
1. “Why Can’t This Be Love” 5150 (1986)
2. “Love Walks In” 5150 (1986)
3. “Right Now” For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge (1991)
4. “Finish What Ya Started” OU812 (1988)
5. “When Its Love” OU812 (1988)
6. “Poundcake” For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge (1991)
7. “Dreams” 5150 (1986)
