I don’t know much about anything, but one thing I do know for sure is that it is impossible to hate Viking metal gods Amon Amarth.   Just check out the latest single “Slaves of Fear” to see for yourself.   The riffs are insanely heavy and the drumming will blow up your soul.  These hairy norsemen are as brutal as ever with beastly melodic guitar harmonies that are nothing short of skull crushing, just like “War of the Gods” (video below).  Look for the full-length album Surtur Rising on March 29, 2011 and check out what Johann Hegg has to say about the new stuff (second video below).
