Ex-Runaways guitarist Lita Ford found a successful solo career in the ’80s that featured a timeless duet with Ozzy Osbourne. There are very few women in hard rock that have stood out like Lita. Her greatest songs are “Close My Eyes Forever,” “Kiss Me Deadly,” “Only Women Bleed” (Alice Cooper cover), “Back to the Cave,” and “Shot of Poison.” She released the platinum record “Lita” in 1988 which featured songs co-written by Lemmy Kilmister and Nikki Sixx. In 2006 she sang “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” alongside Dee Snider on “A Twisted Christmas.”
